At JL Anderson we are committed to the health and safety of our team members & clients and are doing our best to deliver impeccable customer service during this time of uncertainty. So, we find ourselves in this unprecedented situation and so we want to be transparent about our plan. Again, our main priority is to protect our friends, our team members, and our customers.

There is no question that you have heard of the Coronavirus by now, so we are reaching out to our clients to assure everyone that as an organization we are following the guidelines set by the (CDC) Center for Disease Control to manage this virus. We are monitoring the situation closely & will adapt to any changes or rules set by the (CDC) as everything unfolds.

I want to reassure everyone that we are still here for you and will maintain normal business hours and our 24/7 Emergency Service. It is business as usual for us at this time.

As a reminder, JL Anderson Heating & Cooling provides several ways for customers to interact with us that do not include face-to-face contact.. The following services are all provided online or over phone at (765) 471-7506

• Scheduling a service call
• Scheduling an appointment with one of our Comfort Consultants
• Applying for financing
• Paying a bill
