Kirt B made the process easy to follow from choosing the best furnace to the installation and financing. Tim M and Andrew A made the switchover replacement smoothly and very professional. To my surprise Anderson's followed up with a courtesy call and offered to send a technician to ensure my satisfaction and understanding of my new system. When Marty W showed up he reviewed all the great features of the new thermostat. He then did a secondary quality check on the installation which was very thorough. I could not be happier with the entire process.”
