To start with, all the company and serviceman ratings I listed above are thankfully true. My son called to tell me the heat went off in his house with extremely cold temperatures outside. We are both new to this area. Neither he nor I had any idea as to who would be a good, reliable service company to call. I went to Angies List, got a 5 star rated company–J L Anderson. With one call, a very nice, professional serviceman Ken ; arrived quickly with terrible weather and road conditions to deal with. He also took the time to explain the indicator lights on the control board. My son and his family are safe, warm and very appreciative of what J L Anderson and Ken did for them in the worst of conditions. I was at my son’s house and witnessed this great service.
