This was a fairly routine visit. I was pleasantly surprised that the provider was able to provide same-day service: an 8 am phone call led to a visit around 1 pm. The a/v technician was experienced and reasonably friendly. It didn’t take him long to diagnose the situation and he was in and out within about 20 minutes, I would guess. He was able to offer helpful feedback about the age of the a/c unit (based on a quick glance at the serial number).
