It went well. They started on time, were neat in appearance, clean. They removed the old unit one day and left so I could get in the area and paint the walls. (sorry guys that I never got to it). Then they came back and had to do some repair work below grade. Then the install and a few days later our sales person, Joe came back to walk us through what they did and help us program the thermostat. It wasn’t until then that he presented us with the invoice. He was not going to ask us to pay until we were satisfied with what they had done.
I got an e-mail on October 23rd asking how it was working and if I had any concerns or questions and I will get another follow up call in a few months.
