Beyond Impressive! Last night, my heater quit working. It was 53 inside my condo and -13 degrees outside. Their office opens at 8:00 a.m. but I took a chance and called at 7:50. Amanda answered, said they could have someone out immediately and fifteen minutes later Mike Cox was here. At 8:40 my heater was fixed and the heat was back on. It doesn’t get any better than that!!!!!
