“Jeremy came out to service multiple systems for our annual preventive maintenance. I was really pleased with his attention to detail and concern with ensuring everything was up to speed. He's very personable as well, and it was a pleasure to meet him. I think the annual preventive maintenance is well worth the cost because in the past, there have been several pending issues that were caught and fixed in a timely manner that would have resulted in much higher repair costs if they had not been caught early. Another thing I like about J L Anderson is that they never try to "upsell" you. Jeremy checked everything thoroughly and when he showed me some elements in the system that looked like they had a lot of mineral buildup, I asked if they needed to be replaced. Nope, he just took the time to very thoroughly clean them up and re-install them. That is the same experience I have had with other Anderson techs. This is clearly a company whose business model is to prioritize the best interests of the customer and relay on repeat business. I highly recommend them.”
