“Recently, our Trane XL17i Two Stage Heat Pump system, installed in 2023 by JL Anderson staff, was found to be short-cycling, while in the Heating Mode. The system did not lose functionality. However, we became aware it wasn't working correctly. Marty Weikel came out and diagnosed the problem(s). He also provided a temporary fix, to keep us going until the upcoming Spring Maintenance appointment, at which time a new part will be installed. Since Marty's second visit for the short-cycling issue, we've experience no further Heat Pump related issues. I highly recommend the JL Anderson Maintenance agreement, to keep this solid Trane Heat Pump system operating smoothly.”
