“Almost impossible to share all the details for this job or how well the work was completed. The service and workmanship were top notch, the time to complete the job was just as promised, and the quality of the Trane equipment is as good as it gets.
Some of the little details that really mattered to us were –
The office called to get our approval to delay our equipment install to take care of an elderly couple who had lost their A/C in late August! Clearly this is a company that really cares about their customers and juggling work load. They still got our job done before the rebate reduction deadline and since our A/C was running fine this was no impact for us. Nice to know they care about their customers for when we may need emergency work! We saw this level of caring by everyone that worked on this job.
Combined replacement of Furnace and A/C has already cut my electric bill… from the way more efficient variable ECM blower motor (50+% amp reduction) to the twice as efficient A/C ( 16amp draw to 8amps), to the two stage furnace… We expect and have already seen big changes to our electrical bill. We should have done this equipment replacement years ago!
JL. Anderson processed our Duke and Vectren rebates that saved us over $700 and equipment qualifies for a federal tax credit.
Trane equipment has a 10 year parts warranty !
