They provided the second opinion and came in with a lower bid for repairs than the first company did. We scheduled the repairs to be done 1/10/2014 but as for the assessment they technicians were on time friendly and professional. The first company also had a longer wait time due to ordering parts. This company is having them over night shipped at an additional cost to us but its worth it due to the low temperatures. We really appreciate the expedited service as we need our heating unit back in working order asap. We also appreciate their Saturday service appointment.
