Anderson Heating and Cooling came to my rescue. My gas furnace would not work, and after hours of trying to light the pilot, I decided to call someone in. The next day it was even colder outside, and the heat was completely off inside! I decided to call for help. Ronnie, my service tech, was knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. He showed and explained to me why I couldn’t get it lit, and stay light. He offered me the solution, and did not pressure me or do it without my confirmation. After he told me the price, I told him to proceed. He had my heat going in about 45min. It was easy to use Anderson Heating and Cooling, as well as not too heavy on the checkbook.
