Although the system had been inspected prior to closing on the house, we wanted further assurance that the equipment was working satisfactorily. .Ron was punctual, professional and thorough. He delivered exactly what we wanted in the evaluation of the heating unit. We are looking forward to there twice a year servicing of our equipment and in particular the evaluation of the AC unit.
