“When having a major home expense, i.e., replacing a 25 year old air conditioning unit and furnace, it’s usually difficult to choose a HVAC provider. Based on a recommendation from a friend we settled on JLAnderson Heating and Cooling and are pleased we made the right choice. Our initial interaction was with Joe who visited our home and described three options or do nothing and continue to pay for repairs to the aged system. No pressure, our decision. Based on the rebates available from Trane, the federal government, Vectren and Duke Energy, and replace both AC and furnace, we actually opted for the more expensive units as with the rebates for the higher efficiency option, it was not that more than for the lower (but still higher than our 25 year old system) efficiency units. The installation technicians (Ryan, Michael and their crew) were professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent installation.
