“Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I have never been treated so poorly by someone providing a service. The first 30 seconds of interacting with this worker i was told “nothing is wrong with your ac and you wasted my time.” The way I was spoken to and treated was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I understand that people can have bad days, but there is still a basic level of respect that should be shown to customers. I left feeling very uncomfortable, frustrated, disappointed, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this person/business.”
