Spoke to Bo, the on-call tech, who explained my likely problem and encouraged me to call if I felt an emergency developed. He also told me to call the office on Tuesday for an appointment. Imagine my surprise a hour later, when Jacob called to schedule my appointment! And, he scheduled my job ON Tuesday! Bo went above and beyond, and Jacob was so helpful and efficient.
