“Shane came out at the end of the day last Thursday when I realized my AC was not working… He diagnosed the problem but unfortunately did not have the part to fix it. bri- in the office stayed late that day to get the order in. The part came in yesterday and Bri called to schedule me for first thing today to get it installed. Shane came back, installed the part, and it seems to be working fine now. Both Bri and Shane were so friendly and helpful. Customer service with JL Anderson is the best in town.”
