“On 1/15/24 I left a dissatisfied review about being ineligible for after hours service even though I’ve been a long standing customer. Joe called me back the same evening and apologized and explained the why behind the new policy. Maintenance plan customers are covered after hours because too many off the street consumers looking for a quick fix were taking advantage of them leaving them stretched to service their loyal customers.
This makes perfect sense to me. Joe sent the service technician Tim out and he fixed my furnace in short order. I enrolled in the maintenance plan today.
