“A tech changed the slope of the condensate line from a 45’ angle to approx level. With a slight slope back towards unit. By change the slope , we have been experiencing overflow from unit due to slope change, tilting towards unit and slim build up. I don’t feel I should be charged over 400.00 for this service. I put the original slope and had no problems, but by your company changing the slope it has caused overflow of much water. We had to remove carpet and stored items. And place fans in dry the high humidity. We also purchased a second dehumidifier and place three high velocity fans to dry out the basement floor. We also had to get rid of a small amount of mold that had started to form. I don’t feel I should have to pay for the techs change that worked before!!!!!!!”
