“We had decided to replace our 25+ yr gas furnace and air conditioner and have installed a more efficient system. Joe Kollman met with us and explained the different options for the Trane gas furnaces and air conditioners. He answered all our questions and provided a detailed estimate for the services. Within a couple of weeks during the month of February, Craig Irvin and his apprentice arrived as scheduled to install both units in two days. The furnace was installed first and without any real inconvenience to us was completed by the end of the work day. The air conditioner was installed the next day. Both associates were professional, courteous, and health safety during the entire time that they were working in our home. They were timely in their work and cleared away any of the debris from the installation. Since the installation, we had some below zero temperatures, and the new Trane furnace kept the whole house (over 4000 sq. ft.) at a comfortable temperature. I would recommend Anderson Heating & Cooling and their associates. We are very happy with our Trane system.”
