Joe provided a detailed review of products and solutions. We decided to install a variable speed heat pump and propane furnace by Trane. Scott and crew performed the installation including new ductwork and electronic dampers. Four zones were created. Very professional outfit and very satisfied in the investment to our home. I cannot say enough to praise the service that we have gotten from Anderson Heating and Cooling. Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer and the whole HVAC system needed replacing. Anderson said it would be a while before they could replace it. However, they said they would see to it that we had a workable system until they could get to us.
The next day, the salesperson, Kurt, came to our house. He thoroughly explained our options and which unit best fit our particular situation. No upselling or pressure. He made us aware of some nice rebates and indicated that he could take care all of the paperwork.
On installation day, a three man crew showed up. I was pleasantly surprised to see Kurt had show up as well to make sure the installers were aware of all of the things we had discussed. The job was estimated to take two days, but these guys finished the work in one day. About a week after the installation, Kurt again returned to see if everything was working well and if were pleased.
I just don’t see how there could be any better example of sales and service…before and after the sale. Anderson has my highest recommendation and thanks.
