“We had Richard Davenport perform our yearly maintenance on our furnace. He was polite, professional, reassuring, accommodating, and very efficient. Upon inspection and performing his maintenance, he noticed our furnace had a very slow water leak that could have eventually damaged our heatet. He ordered the part and was able to come the next day and fix our unit (VERY quickly, I might add). He was obviously very good at his job. Very happy with their service, as well as the customer service lady who helped set up our appointment. She was EXTREMELY nice and helped us find the perfect time in our schedule to perform the maintenance, as well as the repair job the following day.”

Beyond Impressive! Last night, my heater quit working. It was 53 inside my condo and -13 degrees outside. Their office opens at 8:00 a.m. but I took a chance and called at 7:50. Amanda answered, said they could have someone out immediately and fifteen minutes later Mike Cox was here. At 8:40 my heater was fixed and the heat was back on. It doesn’t get any better than that!!!!!

Very pleased with the service and the value we received from Mike at Anderson Heating & Cooling. Mike made a service call to my home, diagnosed the heater problem explained the needs and after the explanation he completed the repairs. He showed up on time for our informational meeting. There was no pressure to purchase a pricier-than-we-needed system, either.

Excellent customer service experience with top tier products and installation. We were looking to replace our existing 16 year old system with something more efficient and comfortable. Joe provided a detailed review of products and solutions. We decided to install a variable speed heat pump and propane furnace by Trane. Scott and crew performed the installation including new ductwork and electronic dampers. Four zones were created. Very professional outfit and very satisfied in the investment to our home. Love how quiet and comfortable the home is 24 hours a day!
