I used JL Anderson Heating & Cooling (subcontracted through Lowe’s) to install a new Trane HVAC system in my 25 yr. old home. After presenting and explaining to me my options and choosing the system I wanted, Joe set up all the install details. Since the new unit would be about 2 weeks to arrive Joe even offered to charge/fix my old AC just so I could get by. The crew did an excellent job on the install. They were punctual, worked clean/safe and were friendly through the whole install. Once the new unit was running, Joe followed up to walk me through all the instructions, set up the wifi thermostat app on my phone, plus he did ALL the paperwork for warranty and rebates. All I had to do was sign things-a really nice extra! The new system is excellent!!! The house has never felt this comfortable in the summer. I’m already saving money on my cooling bills! I couldn’t be happier with the fantastic service JL Anderson Heating and Cooling provided. I highly recommend them!

I still have nothing but praise for every person that I have ever dealt with at JL Anderson. From the individuals who come out for maintenance or repairs on my old system to Kirt taking the time to go through every part of my existing system, as well as what Anderson could offer us going forward. Also, it was nice to have Lisa taking care of everything else for us. She did all of our warranty registrations as well as any rebates we were eligible for. It has been almost 3 months and everything is still going great. The new outdoor unit, albeit large, is significantly quieter than our old unit and the variable speed blower is putting more air through our vents than anything our previous system could do. Very pleased with the unit and with Anderson’s staff.

Our house recently reached the 20+ year mark and we came to the realization that we could no longer nurse our current furnace and A/C through another Indiana summer and winter. Our neighbors had used JL Anderson and had a positive experience with them so we asked JL to provide us a quote. Joe was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and was able to provide us recommendations on a system that would fit our needs without breaking our budget. The whole quote experience was not high pressure and a thorough evaluation of our home was performed. Joe also remained in contact in the time between accepting the quote and installing the equipment so that we were kept updated on the progress without being caught off guard at the last minute. The installation was estimated to take 2 days, and on the hottest two days of the summer thus far. However, the team that performed the install stated that we would have A/C by the end of the first day and they lived up to their promise. In fact, they more than lived up to their promise as the entire system was able to be installed and completed in one day! We could not be happier and are thrilled with the system. The only complaint that I had, and it is very petty, was that for the first few days, I was freezing in the house chalked it up to the new A/C being more powerful than the old one. However, Joe came and calibrated the system and now it is extremely comfortable. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!

We recently had our 20+ year HVAC replaced with a new Trane system. Joe is an excellent representative of J.L. Anderson. He took time to study our current system and offered suggestions on how we could improve air flow in our 2-story home. We installed a new HVAC and upgraded some of our existing duct work around the unit. The improvement has been significant! We have finally achieved a balanced temperature throughout the house; no more hot and cold spots! Thank you Joe! The installation team of Kirt and Armondo were experts in assembling the new system and customizing it to fit the space. They are true craftsmen. Both during and after installation, the new system and its operation was explained in detail. It was apparent from start to finish that the goal at J.L. Anderson heating & cooling is a satisfied customer and a continuing relationship. We are happy we chose J.L. Anderson!
