With Anderson’s the customer is first and they will bend over to make sure your experience with them is excellent. Our new HVAC System installation went great and the federal rebates for gas and electric were handled by their staff (Thank you!). The technician’s are excellent and have attention to detail. After the installation was complete they came back out to make sure I was pleased with everything and when something came up that wasn’t, they made it right.

This was the best contractor experience I’ve had in a long time! From sales to installation, the Anderson employees were all extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Joe explained all of our options and pricing at the first meeting, and then came back after installation to help us program the thermostat, ensure that we were satisfied with the installation process, and answer any questions. Scott and Craig were punctual, completed the job in 1.5 days, and left the installation site very clean. The Anderson team surpassed all of my expectations, which rarely happens.

Joe was great at helping walk me though each of the system components, and I never felt pressured into any equipment, as I did with another contractor. He offered to even provide temporary cooling between agreeing to move forward and the install date because they were booked for about 10 days. The guys were on time install day and kept their work clean, and worked around our dog. Joe recommended moving the A/C condenser from my back door, to the side of the house at no extra charge. This was something none of the previous contractors had mentioned, and made so much sense as the condenser was next to my patio and back door. We met a week later and he walked me though all the parts of the system, and what I need to do for future maintenance. For a young and inexperienced homeowner this was as painless as it could be, the work was done well, and their personalities made for an easy experience. Highly recommend.
