I am an Assistant Pastor at Charity Baptist Church in Lafayette and we had to have some work done on our multiple units throughout the church. Just so you know, our building is REALLY old and the wiring and such is horrible. The service tech (Jared) who services all of our units did a great job of identifying and explaining the ones we were having problems with, and then giving us a cost efficient solution to fixing those problems. We honestly are incredibly happy with the service that he provided, and will definitely be using Anderson in the future for our HVAC needs. If you’re a business who needs someone you can trust to do your HVAC work then call Anderson’s, and my personal recommendation would be to ask for Jared to be the service tech to visit you because through our experience we learned we could trust him to be honest and open about the problems and the cost of fixing the problems. Okay I got on here to just write a short sentence and ended up writing a book, so I’m done.

Anderson H&C provided great service. We worked through Lowes to purchase and arrange the entire thing, and it was painless and simple. The pricing structure was comparable to a number of other estimates I had received over the past year, but going through Lowes allowed me to get a small discount (military). Joe from the company came out and provided great information to us and helped walk us through the multiple selections for the furnace and the AC unit. Joe was great also by providing us all the documents for receiving rebates…it was all bundled and organized and highlighted. We just signed and submitted. The team also walked us through the thermostat controls. When we had a question, Joe came right out. Highly recommend them.

Great service! Install guys were very friendly and were great with our dog. Quick service, everything went well. The thermostat went out the first Sat morning (defective part), and they were out within an hour to replace it! The servicemen over at Anderson’s really know what they are doing. True professionals. They arrive quickly after a call and get things up and running in no time. Jared, one of their top-notch techs really showed respect for our home when he wore shoe covers from the second he walked in and cleaned up after himself before he exited. I’m sure all of the other guys show that same care. Highly recommend this group!

We’d never used them before, but they worked us in, even though they had 60 calls that day, they accommodated the time that was best for us, arrived within the time stated, took only about an hour and we had air! Brian was the tech who came. I asked him if we needed to do a spring check-up on it and he said he pretty much already did that while he was working on it. I’m pretty sure the spring check alone is about $117, so he gave us a really good deal, and the service was fantastic. We will definitely be using them in the future for our fall furnace check and spring AC check. Extremely satisfied customer. Highly recommend.
