My wife and I are remodeling our home in Brookston Indiana prior to moving back from Kentucky. We needed a new HVAC unit and contacted Anderson Heating and Cooling to get a quote on a trane unit. Joe Kollman met me at the house and provided a quote for two separate units that he felt would work in our home. He also explained the pros and cons of both units. Joe also provided assistance in getting approval for special financing that was available for the unit we selected. It took about two weeks to get the equipment and have it installed. Because the existing air conditioning unit was not working, Joe offered to install a loaner unit to help cool the house so that we would be more comfortable while completing other remodeling tasks. I have never had such a wonderful experience with any other service company in my life time. Anderson has a devoted customer for all of our future HVAC service requirements. We would recommend Anderson Heating and Cooling and Jle Kollman to any one that needs HVAC equipment or service

There was a deal that I used on Angies List. It was pretty straightforward, buy the deal and then schedule an appointment. The tonly ch arrived and he diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. I was satisfied with his repair. I don’t think there was anything else that needed fixing.

The service was outstanding, the products (furnace and AC unit) are of very high quality and the potential savings through rebates ($950) was a big selling point for us. We’re also told that our electric and gas bills will be cut nearly in half ($$$). The upfront cost is a bit intimidating, but I’ve done the math and we will make all of that money back (and then start making money) in 6 1/2 years.

I have met 6 or 7 employees of Anderson and all of them were outstanding representatives of their company. I would highly recommend Anderson, as they will do it right and they will do it with YOU (the customer) in mind. I haven’t used any other heating and cooling companies, but I’m confident that Anderson is right at the top.

Two techs came on the 3rd as well as Joe to review work order. Gave 3 day time frame for the work to be completed. New cold air returns were needed to the unit. Those were run thru the hot attic as well as duct work replaced in our crawlspace. All went well with cool air in the house in 2 and half days not the 3 predicated. We have been very please with all the work and diligent techs. We know all rooms in our home will be evenly heated/cooled all year round. Thank You!
