“On 1/15/24 I left a dissatisfied review about being ineligible for after hours service even though I’ve been a long standing customer. Joe called me back the same evening and apologized and explained the why behind the new policy. Maintenance plan customers are covered after hours because too many off the street consumers looking for a quick fix were taking advantage of them leaving them stretched to service their loyal customers.
This makes perfect sense to me. Joe sent the service technician Tim out and he fixed my furnace in short order. I enrolled in the maintenance plan today. “We had decided to replace our 25+ yr gas furnace and air conditioner and have installed a more efficient system. Joe Kollman met with us and explained the different options for the Trane gas furnaces and air conditioners. He answered all our questions and provided a detailed estimate for the services. Within a couple of weeks during the month of February, Craig Irvin and his apprentice arrived as scheduled to install both units in two days. The furnace was installed first and without any real inconvenience to us was completed by the end of the work day. The air conditioner was installed the next day. Both associates were professional, courteous, and health safety during the entire time that they were working in our home. They were timely in their work and cleared away any of the debris from the installation. Since the installation, we had some below zero temperatures, and the new Trane furnace kept the whole house (over 4000 sq. ft.) at a comfortable temperature. I would recommend Anderson Heating & Cooling and their associates. We are very happy with our Trane system.”

“When having a major home expense, i.e., replacing a 25 year old air conditioning unit and furnace, it’s usually difficult to choose a HVAC provider. Based on a recommendation from a friend we settled on JLAnderson Heating and Cooling and are pleased we made the right choice. Our initial interaction was with Joe who visited our home and described three options or do nothing and continue to pay for repairs to the aged system. No pressure, our decision. Based on the rebates available from Trane, the federal government, Vectren and Duke Energy, and replace both AC and furnace, we actually opted for the more expensive units as with the rebates for the higher efficiency option, it was not that more than for the lower (but still higher than our 25 year old system) efficiency units. The installation technicians (Ryan, Michael and their crew) were professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent installation. We are very pleased with the work performed by JLAnderson and would not hesitate to recommend to others and have already done so.”
