The HVAC upgrade/replacement went extremely well. The representative I had, Joe Kollman, was very knowledgeable and responsive. He listened to what issues I wanted to address and recommended two systems. He highlighted the pros and cons of each. He responded to my questions at all times of the day and night via email. He sent me reminders just before the visit, progress reports during the installation process coordinated all aspects of the replacement, offered to give me training on the new equipment, and sent a follow up email to make sure all was well after the system was running for a while. Joe also helped process a rebate from my electricity provider. All I had to send was my account information and he did everything else. Anderson provided standalone heaters to keep the living spaces comfortable. They performed all cleanup associated with the work both inside the house and outside. I cannot say enough about the exceptionally good customer service! Anderson also completed all the work mentioned above (initial contract/estimates through installation) in less than two weeks. Since I enjoyed my experience, I am looking to have them perform additional work at my property.
