Joe, Kirt, and Scott were all very professional, courteous, and accommodating. They patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. The installation is beautiful (how often do you hear that about a furnace?). I could not be more pleased. And this all came with a 10-year parts and labor warranty. I highly recommend J. L. Anderson, and I will certainly call on them in the future.
