I had a service call for my blower motor not working. The tech, Mike, arrived within the hour. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I asked and added the summer/winter tune-ups, which gave me a discount on the overall call. I asked some questions which he answered directly, including a couple personal ones. Mike has been doing this for 40+ years, but now only works Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I told him I would have to make sure to set up my fall tune-up on a Wednesday or Thursday 😉
