He was professional with clear dedication and love in what he is doing. The problem was not in the AC unit itself, rather on the Zoning Equipment System! He tested the equipment in detail, only to confirm with certainty the mandate to overpass the Zoning Equipment until being replaced by a new one. He explained every single step in clear language.
