“When our A/C unit quit on us a couple of months ago we called JL Anderson, since we had used them in the past. Joe came by, evaluated our A/C needs, including the current duct work and suggested a change to the existing duct work which would make the upstairs much more pleasant. The price for the new A/C unit and the additional duct work was very reasonable. On the day of the install, Joe stopped by along with the crew and went over the days work with us. The work was done impeccably and the place was left in very good condition after the job. Joe stopped by a few days later to ensure that everything was working fine. Our upstairs is so much more comfortable after Joe’s duct work suggestion!!!! All in all, we’re very pleased with the work by Joe and the team at JL Anderson.”

“Three years in our home and the first good cold snap, and our nearly 20 year old furnace crapped out. We called JL Anderson Heating & Cooling. They came right away and confirmed the bad news. Just a bit later the same day, Salesman JOE, from Anderson, was at our home with all options and information that we needed to make our decision on the best products to replace our non functioning ones. Joe informed us of rebates available from our gas and electric companies. The decision was made very painless for us with Joe’s experienced help. Due to the high volume of their work load, it was going to be a few days before the crew could get back for our installation, so Joe stopped back by our home and dropped 2 space heaters for us to use while we waited for our install. Installation day arrived and the crew from Anderson arrived with our new hvac system. The 2 young men were very polite and courteous. They put down floor covering from the door, down the stairs to the basement, and across the newly carpeted floor to the furnace area. All tear out and install work was done quickly and efficiently. Not a mark on new carpet or newly painted walls. Thank You JL Anderson and Crew! Great Job!!”

“We had Bo Crowe for our service today. I always watch what the service techs do. Bo did more than I have ever seen done to my unit. Cleaned it and used a blower and did a bang up job. “I had Anderson’s come when I was having a problem with my furnace. My furnace was very old and I knew I was going to continue having problems. The repairman suggested I call and talk to a sales person. I called Joe and he came and explained my options for a new furnace/AC. Several months passed as I had other things come up. When I called Joe and said I was ready he immediately put things in action. The installers were great and everything is working. I’m looking to having a warm house with no worries about having the furnace die at 20 degrees outside.”

Great AC Installation Service in Lafayette, IN 47909
“My air conditioner quit working 4 days before I was to host my daughter’s baby shower in the middle of July when temperatures were in the mid 90s. I knew I was due for a new heating/air conditioning unit as the original equipment was installed in 1991 when the home was built. I contacted J.L. Anderson and Joe Kollman came out to give me the estimate on a new unit. Joe was very professional and explained my options very well. Although the new units couldn’t be installed for 2 weeks, Joe assured me that they would either get my air conditioner working or let me use a loaner until the new unit was installed. Their repairman came out and managed to get my air conditioner to work which is something a competitor was unable to do a few days prior. Fortunately, all were comfortable for the baby shower!
The installation took place exactly as Joe had said and the workers were also very professional and cleaned up any mess. I am ecstatic about my new system as it has totally eliminated dust bunnies and my home is so much cleaner! With the old system, I had dust bunnies after one week. I highly recommend Anderson’s!!”

They installed the central air while I was out of state for vacation. I returned and the job was finished, and working excellent! I would highly recommend they’re service! I used JL Anderson Heating & Cooling (subcontracted through Lowe’s) to install a new Trane HVAC system in my 25 yr. old home. After presenting and explaining to me my options and choosing the system I wanted, Joe set up all the install details. Since the new unit would be about 2 weeks to arrive Joe even offered to charge/fix my old AC just so I could get by. The crew did an excellent job on the install. They were punctual, worked clean/safe and were friendly through the whole install. Once the new unit was running, Joe followed up to walk me through all the instructions, set up the wifi thermostat app on my phone, plus he did ALL the paperwork for warranty and rebates. All I had to do was sign things-a really nice extra! The new system is excellent!!! The house has never felt this comfortable in the summer. I’m already saving money on my cooling bills! I couldn’t be happier with the fantastic service JL Anderson Heating and Cooling provided. I highly recommend them!
