new Trane System. Bret Leslie was my lead technician along with Dentrell Parker. Bret was outstanding, professional ever so courteous. He worked mainly in the lower level of my home and Dentrell was outside. They covered all of my hardwood floors and carpets. I honestly hardly knew that they were working inside and outside of my home. Mine was a 2 day job and they left my home in perfect condition. There wasn't a sign of any debris, dust, etc., just a brand new system which I am already enjoying. I must also mention that my air conditioning went out about a week before they were scheduled to replace everything. I called Kirt and he came out and got my unit working on a temporary basis so I could have coolness and moved up my installation date. With customer service being at a premium these days I am incredibly pleased with Kirt, Bret, Dantrell and J.L. Anderson Heating & Cooling.”
