Joe of JL Anderson provided us with various options to replace our Heat Pump/ Air Handler with a Trane system. Joe was very thorough and provided suggestions for relocating the heat pump to another area by the house and running the lines more efficiently. We had many questions throughout the process and Joe was very patient and knowledgeable. He provided us answers in person, over the phone and via text or email. This made us very comfortable in our decision. The installation was scheduled to take 2 days and it was completed well within that time frame. Scott and Colin and others did a fabulous job of taking out the old system, rerun lines and install the new system. They even accommodated a last minute change. After installation, Joe returned to ensure everything was installed appropriately and reviewed in detail, the settings and options on the thermostat. We are very pleased with the Trane system. All of my expectations were surpassed! Very punctual, patient, and professional. My furnace broke at the end of February, and they replaced the fan the next day. We have know for a couple of years we needed new equipment and this spring we decided to get quotes. Anderson’s provided us with equipment that is of exceptional quality so we went with them. They filled out all the rebate forms and Joe stopped by to help with the fancy new thermostat. The installers were curious and cleaned up after themselves. The company responded very quickly when I had my furnace stopped working. They repaired the old furnace and in the process discovered that the furnace had irreparable damage due to old age. There representative gave me a prompt estimate on a new system which I accepted. The installation was scheduled and performed within a couple of days. The crew which did the install were very friendly and explained the process to my satisfaction. The crew did a very professional job installing the new system and cleaned up well when they were done. The company representative did a follow up after a couple of days of system operation to confirm that the system was operating to my satisfaction. A day before we went on our cruise, we found out our furnace had quit working. After getting back we started looking and dreaded trying to find a company to install these two units. We had never heard of JL Anderson Heating and Cooling, but after our first in home estimate we loved the company. Everyone we talked to at JL Anderson is so willing to help you and make everything so easy. They worked with our crazy work schedule and had us up and going in two days! The installation occurred over the course of two days. The furnace was one day and the a/c took about half of the second day. Staff were professional, polite, and focused. They cleaned up the work area afterwards and ensured that I knew how to use the system before leaving. I’m very satisfied with the result!

The technicians arrived on time. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. they put down drop cloths in each area they worked in to keep my home clean. Since it was still quite cold when they removed the furnace they furnished room heaters to keep the home warm. They complete everything I asked them to in the time frame they originally gave me. Joe came back two weeks later to check the install, make sure I knew how everything worked and made sure I was satisfied with the work that they did.
