Everything went smoothly. No problems and they cleaned up afterwards. Joe Kollman was personable and competent.When I explained to him that an upstairs room was cold in the winter, he climbed up into the attic and discovered that one duct had collapsed. Our 22-year-old furnace and air conditioner were in need of replacement.
J L Anderson installed a new Trane furnace and air conditioner last week. Joe K. excelled as a salesman in evaluating our needs. He climbed into our attic to examine the ductwork and discovered that one duct had collapsed and needed to be replaced; this was done at no additional charge. Scott and Craig installed the units efficiently and quickly. Scott has over 20 years of experience in installation. I would recommend that you give them a call if you are considering a new furnace or air conditioner.

I called Anderson when my furnace stopped running last winter, and couldn’t believe how quickly they arranged to come to my place! Got me up and running in no time, and service was great.
