He climbed into our attic to examine the ductwork and discovered that one duct had collapsed and needed to be replaced; this was done at no additional charge. Scott and Craig installed the units efficiently and quickly. Scott has over 20 years of experience in installation. I called Anderson when my furnace stopped running last winter, and couldn’t believe how quickly they arranged to come to my place! Got me up and running in no time, and service was great. Our air conditioner went out. We called them as first-time customers. They came that day even though we had never used them before. Fixed in no time, cost was reasonable, service guy was friendly and professional. Since then, we’ve had them replace our water heater, and use them to perform seasonal maintenance on furnace and AC. Service is always prompt, charges are reasonable, absolutely zero problems or hassles. These guys are real pros. I can’t say enough good things about them.
