Joe Kollman was personable and competent.When I explained to him that an upstairs room was cold in the winter, he climbed up into the attic and discovered that one duct had collapsed. I appreciated the extra effort involved in this. Scott and Craig excelled at installation; Scott has over 20 years of experience at this.
